e-SCM Solutions

Enhancing fashion supply chains with visibility and control

At Fashion Industry Summit 2025, we’re bringing together fashion brands and technology innovators to explore new ways of working, collaborating, and growing. One of our official event partners, e-SCM, plays a key role in this transformation by helping fashion and luxury brands digitize and streamline their upstream supply chains.

Developed by French company Belharra, e-SCM is an innovative supplier portal combining SRM and TMS, designed specifically for the fashion industry. To learn more about the solution and their perspective on today's challenges facing fashion supply chains, we sat down with Caroline Anziutti, Sales & Business Developer for Europe, at e-SCM.

Who are you, and what do you do?

Belharra SAS is editing and managing integration projects of e-SCM solutions, an innovative SRM portal designed for fashion & luxury brands. For nearly 20 years we have been supporting retailers into digitizing procurement operations, from order to warehouse delivery, while guaranteeing compliance, product traceability and Respect of delivery times.

Based in France, e-SCM Solutions now operate in Europe with customers in Denmark and Belgium as Bellerose and Hummel, so we believe there is more brands we can help reinforce their SRM strategy to unlock value out of their supply chain.

How do you contribute to the development of the fashion industry?

In the textile industry, where one collection succeeds another, securing Lead Time is essential. Meeting deadlines at every stage of the inbound supply chain, from ordering raw materials to delivery to the warehouse, is crucial to the commercial success of each collection.

The upstream supply chain in textile remains very fragmented, which increases the risk of Lead Time slipping. With end-to-end visibility, it is possible with e-SCM Solutions to anticipate deviations and above all, to find room for maneuver to correct a deviation or absorb its impacts.

What trend or challenge do you see the most significant for the industry right now?

The fashion industry has been undergoing a transformation for many years, accelerating since the pandemic. Organizations can no longer work in silos and suppliers are central to the operations.

There is a lot at stake behind data management to be compliant with emergeing regulations and that goes beyond transparency. If brands want to tackle the volatility of markets and meet the customer demand, it will be necessary to innovate through digitization to gain agility and operate their supply chain with end-to-end visibility. That's why data shall be structured and shared to improve the decision-making process and at the end, reduce lead-times and achieve the product journey transparency.

Why are you partnering with Fashion Industry Summit 2025?

The fact that it is organized by a leading ERP partner dedicated to Fashion means we speak the same language, and it is at the crossroad of IT and fashion where we stand. We believe in a supply chain that is agile and connected, fostering collaboration between organizations and interoperability between systems. We also want to understand better the Swedish market.
