Booking & Purchase Agreement
By booking or purchasing a ticket through our online registration system, you enter into a purchase agreement with the event organizer, Evidi.
Registration & Participation
Participants must register for the event through the official registration form.
A registration is considered complete only once the participant has received a booking confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
Immediately after your order and/or payment has been completed, a confirmation email including your ticket will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
If you have not received your confirmation email and ticket, please contact Evidi.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details and information submitted during registration are correct. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
Event Program
Evidi reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, content, and program where necessary.
Payment Options
Participants may choose between the following payment methods:
Direct payment
Invoice payment
Direct Payment
For direct payments, payment must be completed immediately in order to secure the participant’s place at the event.
Invoice Payment
Participants choosing invoice payment will receive an invoice sent to the specified billing address.
Payment must be completed within 15 days from the invoice date in order to secure the participant’s place at the event.
Evidi reserves the right to cancel registrations where payment has not been received within the specified payment period.
An invoice fee of 39 SEK applies for payments made by invoice. Invoices are distributed through PayPal.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), tickets purchased for events are non-refundable.
Once a ticket purchase has been completed and paid for, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, tickets may be transferred to another person.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your ticket, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Participants transferring their ticket are responsible for informing the event organizer in advance to facilitate communication and ticket administration.
Photography, Filming & Sharing of Participant Information
The event will be documented through photography and video recording for use in Evidi’s and the event partners’ communication channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
By attending the event, participants consent to appearing in such content and material.
Participant information including name, title, and company may be shared with the event’s partners for the purpose of relevant follow-up communication related to the event and its content.
No participant information will be shared outside this context.
Additional Information
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or cancellation of the event by Evidi, participant fees will be refunded in full.
By selecting a payment option and completing the payment process, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions regarding booking and participation.
