Big Stage is located inside Jacy’z Hotel & Resort, with entrance through the hotel’s main entrance.
Once inside, keep left and continue further into the hotel. Registration takes place at the entrance to Big Stage, where you’ll scan the QR code from your ticket confirmation email.
At registration, you will also receive your personal name badge and your AfterSummit access ticket (for guests attending the evening event).

We recommend booking early, as room availability may become limited closer to the event.
Use the Västtrafik travel planner to find the easiest route to the venue på public transport.
Jacy’z offers convenient parking in the hotel garage directly connected to the building.
Parking is paid via the EasyPark app.
For the complete summit experience, we recommend arriving on September 23 and staying overnight in Gothenburg.
